Michael Mac Iver engages in spoofing as a woman, to harass and defame

In recent developments, an investigation into Helen Laura Snell and her partner, Michael Evander Mac Iver, has unearthed startling revelations regarding their alleged involvement in harassment and intimidation. The investigation, which includes a review of various civil and criminal court cases from Wynberg court, highlights Mac Iver's peculiar and disturbing tactics.

According to available court documents and public records, Mac Iver has reportedly engaged in a pattern of harassment and incitement of violence against multiple individuals residing in and around Hout Bay and Cape Town. Notably, Mac Iver has been accused of using deceptive methods, including impersonating women, to perpetrate these actions.

One striking example occurred in 2018 when Mac Iver allegedly posed as Diane Blane, a fictional PA to HR Manager Michael Humphries of BTC Partners LLC. The pretext was to investigate a local Hout Bay resident’s job performance and legal compliance. An email from this purported ‘Diane Blane’ inadvertently exposed Mac Iver's true identity when the email header revealed his name. Further scrutiny revealed that neither Diane Blane nor Michael Humphries existed at BTC Partners LLC. However, a legitimate entity, BTC Partner Ltd , lists Snell and Mac Iver as its sole shareholders.

The investigation also uncovered other impersonations by Mac Iver, including using the names ‘Christine v Rooyen’ and ‘Catherine Young’ in e mails and on social media platforms. These aliases were reportedly employed to discredit and harass community members with whom Mac Iver had disputes. Notably, no evidence supports the existence of these individuals.

In a particularly egregious case, Mac Iver allegedly used the pseudonyms ‘Moshe Rosenberg’ and ‘Concerned Mother’ to threaten and defame a lawyer opposing Snell and Mac Iver in court. The correspondence from these personas, which included threats and defamatory statements, contained details only Mac Iver and Snell would know. Despite repeated attempts, the identities of ‘Moshe Rosenberg’ and ‘Concerned Mother’ remain unverified and untraceable.

The common thread in these incidents is Mac Iver's use of female aliases to carry out harassment, avoiding direct responsibility and potential legal consequences. While the full extent of Snell's involvement remains unclear, ongoing research into various documents continues.

These revelations paint a troubling picture of how some individuals may exploit anonymity and deception to engage in malicious activities, particularly when they perceive a lack of direct confrontation from their targets.
